"The staff have always been kind but the communication has been very poor. The portal messages are often vague especially with payments instead of having a bill with details. We were charged twice at our inital appointment and I’ve gone to an appointment saying I owed something when I did not. No one at the front desk is aware of what the charges are for even though they’re asking for payment. I brought trigger medication to an appointment and asked if I could speak with a nurse to make sure I was doing it correctly. I was told no one could help and I’d be sent a video with information. I never received the video and the information I received did not match the items I had. The on-call number 90% of the time goes to a voicemail and you can never talk to a live person until someone calls you back a day later."

"We had an excellent experience at Vios working with Dr. Louden. We did 3 IUIs and 1 round of IVF and are pregnant with our first. We did 2/3 IUIs with another provider. We felt that the Glenview office was the best. The front office staff was very caring and we felt like we got the attention we needed. While at times it felt like we were getting shuffled between nurses and that was difficult. However, we recognize that there is a nursing shortage currently and we would experience that at any clinic. We went to Vios because it was one of the few clinics that was covered by our insurance however we would fully recommend using Vios to grow your family."
