Reviews
"Unprofessional staff. They were playing in the back while patients waited long wait hours. I saw them treating each other for superficial illnesses."
"Urgent Care staff is great. I saw Amy Simone, NP and she was attentive and explained everything well. The MA Nicole was also great! She was kind and didn’t make me feel rushed. Would highly recommend to others!"
"Staff is friendly and the doctor I see is great, I have been going here for around 10 years, but their appointment times are never kept. I’m overall just unhappy with the consistent lack of punctuality. The wait is always around 45 minutes (feels like it’s useless to even set an appointment). I will be finding a new office."
"Best experience at an urgent care center ever. I was registered, taken to my room, evaluated by the nurse, seen by the doctor and discharged in 20 minutes. Staff was very polite from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and I didn’t feel like I was rushed or that my questions were unimportant. Very good experience here, would definitely come again if I needed to."
"There are signs everywhere stating that payment is due at time of service, however you are forcing people to pay prior to being seen. Therefore, you are getting money before providing a service. You don’t pay for your groceries before picking what you want and you don’t pay for car repairs prior to the service. If you want people to not get upset about paying, maybe reword the signs to say “payment due prior to services being rendered.” I think it’s ridiculous I had to pay before seeing the doctor."
