Chiro One Chiropractic & Wellness Center of Round Lake Beach

"Over 2 months ago I canceled my payment plan with Chiroone in Roundlake beach due to not attending any visits other than the first initial adjustment. After going out of my way, and sitting in their office for over an hour being told I can go to a different location and a laundry list of other things, telling them it doesn’t line up with my schedule because they’re hours are absurd, and my daughters daycare closes at 4:30 and I don’t even get off work 40 minutes away until 3:30 they FINALLY agreed to cancel my payment plan. I had to pay $95 out of pocket for a single 1 minute adjustment even though I was told since I have blue cross blue shield PPO that I wouldn’t have to pay a dime out of my pocket and according to Treyton “ the best insurance anyone could have” which was said to me the first time we met and went in for the $20 promotion. I was told that on the 16th of that month I would NOT be charged $250 for the payment plan that I had canceled weeks prior and being told all my bank information and card information would be REMOVED right then and there. Surprise surprise i woke up on the 16th of that month not just $250 being stolen from my bank account but an additional $75 dollars for a “surcharge fee”. So here i am $325 dollars stolen from my bank account for a service that I DID NOT receive, no one can answer the phone because of course THEY’RE CLOSED! After over a week of calling and no answer, finally after sitting on hold for almost 2 hours at work, I was able to get in touch with some. I was told i would have to wait 3 to 5 BUSINESS WEEKS for my money to be returned to me, and of course it was a few days before thanksgiving! Finally my money was returned 3 and a half weeks later, I thought everything was said and done, nope jokes on me, here I am on the 16th of the December just received the 8th bill in the mail telling me I OWE these con artists $85 dollars and yet again $325 was stolen from my bank account even after being told my information was wiped clean of their system. I am so incredibly frustrated with this company, never will I recommend this place to anyone. Absolute shame that they would treat someone this way."

"I am grateful for my experience at Chiro One. A rep came to the school where I work. I was considering finding a chiropractor due to ongoing tension/discomfort in my upper back and shoulders. I’m tall and I spend a lot of time seated at a desk writing reports. As I continue with my care plan, it feels more natural to maintain better posture and my new orthotics help me sustain a better posture as I stand and walk. Dr. Lauren and her staff are personable and professional yet have a sense of humor. Dr. Lauren has explained the data from tests and X-rays so that I understand what we’re doing. I see that my exercises and my plan are specific to my needs and are adjusted as my treatment goes on. I don’t simply walk in, get cracked, and leave… When my schedule allows, I often spend about an hour for the stretching/exercises, adjustment, and traction. Many people seek chiropractic care due to an injury. But if something feels off with your back, I encourage you to check out Chiro One for improved wellness before you develop a more serious issue."

Their flexibility helped me manage to get treated while doing school. From not being able to walk and do stuff to fully lift weights and do sports again is such a great improvement on my behalf.
