"I love Dr. Stockton and her staff! Dr. Stockton continues to provide me with excellent care. I feel very comfortable knowing I'm in good hands. She always listens to my concerns, never rushes me and is always detailed oriented. The medical assistants are very knowledgeable and always return my calls in a timer manner. Front desk staff has always been very respectful and friendly. The waiting room and exam rooms are always clean and well maintained."
"I have been going to Dr. Stockton for my eldest and now youngest daughter for years whom are now 25 and 18. Her office staff used to be professional and kind. Recently I had a bill for both my daughter's in which I called to pay the balance. When asked what Teo of the fees were, the young lady lied and stated it was my deductible. Well I'm 52 yrs old, have 5 degrees, and knew it was not my deductible. When I confronted her about lying and asked for a Nanager, she placed me on hold. I was on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up and called back. Noone answered the phone. I then received a text that someone would call back. They did not. The young lady was very rude and I never had a hard time trying to pay a bill. The treatment didn't even work for my daughter but I was still going to pay for the service considering we were recurring patients. It's sad that these younger people are the face of the doctors and they don't have any customer service skills. Noone called me back so I guess they don't want the money."
"I had been seen by this office for a while. Lately I had been seeing Stephanie and she had me on Dupixent injections biweekly. Once you arrive for each visit the first thing they do when checking you in is take any payments that may be owed on your account(they will not even see you if anything is due). I saw Stephanie in June to follow up regarding the Dupixent and it was known that updates would be needed soon. Weeks later, as expected, updated prior authorization was needed in order to not interrupt my Dupixent injections. This office was notified that I cannot get my medication until they update my prior authorization forms. They not only refused to submit forms needed for me to continue this medication, they dropped me as a patient because I informed them that I was unable to pay the full NEW balance(from the June visit)that day on the phone due to being on disability and not currently working. Mind you,I never even received a bill regarding this! They only care about money, NOT patient care. I gladly found a new dermatologist immediately. If you have disabilities or are suddenly unable to work..do not go here! They do not care."
"This was an all around unhelpful and embarrassing visit. The visit provided no useful information. Dr Stockton made wild assumptions about the health history of the patient without a thorough exam. She recommended a procedure they had no information on in the office. She had them sit there while she looked it up on her phone, then told the patient she would look for better info and never came back. Gave the patient no goodbye and didn't take the concern seriously. She prescribed a medication and refused to send it to the preferred pharmacy, claiming her chosen pharmacy was much better for prescription prices and that they were much cheaper except my insurance covers the prescription fully. Then when finally picked up medicine it had the wrong instructions. Extremely unprofessional, did not take the patient seriously and has a poor bedside manner."
