"The county inspector and HUD need to go door to door. I am on my third year. The first two years were okay, but this last year has been the worst. I stay on the first floor. My neighbor upstairs pipe burst and it rained in my apartment damn near a month..I made SEVERAL REPORTS. They kept erasing my service orders. My living room, hallway and bathroom are ruined.The probably won't repair. My carpet is trashed because of the leak.I have trapped over 30 mice. I bomb my apartment one a week and still have roaches. The pipes froze recently and I have low pressure and no hot water. The apartment office cuts the phone off periodically. I have to fill up my toilet with water to flush.The rent fluctuates. I have many pictures."

"I wish I could give this a negative star. this place is horrible and deplorable conditions is what the tenants live with. My daughters entire ceiling fell in last night, water is pouring in the bathroom and flooding everywhere. there is no emergency number for this place, it has been sold. The two people at the office, didnt even turn the water off, was told they are working on the issue. This is horrible and inhumane!!! Tear this down, and dont start over, burn this place down. They have the audacity to want rent?? what??? You need to pay people to even live in this disguising roach infested place."

"I've been living here at Lucas Hunt Village Apartments since January 2022. It is now July 2023. But I'll be moving out before my lease is up in January 2024. Since being here I've had a lot of complaints about how they do things. A lot of complaints. From the overflowing dumpsters to the grimy hallways; from the leasing office that can't answer the phone to the inadequate maintenance team. But what's finally making me leave a review is my recent experience. So I come back home from walking my dog at about 9:30 am. When I get to my door I notice that it's open. Then I hear noise. When I step in it's a maintenance member taking down my entire sink and oven area and putting a huge hole in the wall so that they can fix some leaky pipes that they should've fixed months ago when my downstairs neighbor told them her ceiling was leaking. When I went down to the office (they wouldn't answer the phone) they said they didn't inform me because it was urgent. Yet my neighbor told them over and over month after month. To make matters worst maintenance broke a pipe in my kitchen. The kitchen started flooding. Dirt, dust and mud was all over my kitchen and then they left without cleaning up a thing. My downstairs neighbor had to vacate her apartment because the flooding damaged too much of her stuff. They still haven't compensated her at all. I'm not saying this place is all bad, but it's not peaches and cream either. And btw, I hate how they control the heat during winter. They turn it on when at the oddest hours but when you home and the sun goes down, it's not on???"
