"This place is a good apartment with good management. However, you be prepared for 1) your car to be broken into regardless of parking situation and 2) homeless people will come into apartment and sleep in the building."

"Absolutely loved touring this property. The amenities look great, taken care of, and seem to encourage residents to meet each other. The property is pet friendly and the area is beautiful. The highlight of the property is the management. Dena did a phenomenal job of showing us the property and welcoming us to the city. We've toured a few places in STL and the vibe with her was phenomenal. It showed us that residents are taken of here and we can't wait to apply!"

"I absolutely love living here. Out of all the places that we had looked at in St. Louis, we chose the Piazza. We felt that you get a great price for the location and the amount of space for each apartment. The best amenities would be the gym and dog grooming room. The maintenance team is wonderful as well. They are always prompt at responding to requests and it never takes more than a day to get anything fixed. Finally, you can't get a better location than the CWE. It's very safe for walking and only a 10 minute run to Forest Park. Thank you, Piazza for providing a great place to call home."
