"I moved to St Louis from out of state and found Malone serendipitously! I came to St Louis for a few day, months before my planned moved, to look at rentals. In between appointments, I walked into a building that I thought was an apartment complex, and met the owner of Malone Lofts! Jason gratuitously escorted me to Malone and I've been "Home Malone" ever since! Actually, I looked at 14 properties before deciding.... and Malone outweighed them all. Kaytlin is an amazing and responsive property manager. The outings are fun and her vibe sets the tone for a positive, welcoming, chic experience. My delivery packages are secure, my car is secure, the building is safe, and the location is perfect for everything I like to do. The ceilings in my apt are 15', so it feels spacious and still cozy. My HVAC bill so far is $50-70. The concrete walls make my space virtually soundproof. If you're looking for a safe place with an energetic feel, located close to everything, come to Malone!"

Having a dog here is also an added bonus, such a great pet friendly community! There are so many new restaurants and activities being built around the complex. I’ve lived downtown STL for many years and this is by far my favorite community that I have lived in!
