"I went and saw Dr. Ryan after I had surgery for a radial head fracture in my right elbow. I went into this pretty down as I’m an athlete and play all sort of sports and try to stay very active. With screws in my elbow I really didn’t think I’d be able to do the sports I loved; golf, basketball, football, etc. But after several weeks of rehab I had full range back in my elbow! "Synaptyx Health and Performance Systems is amazing Dr. Ryan is my trainer and chiropractor I never had anyone push and challenge me in ways he has. When I first meet Dr. Ryan 4 months ago I had limited mobility in my left arm couldn't raise my arm up to 90o now I can get my arm a little pass 90o In addition to better range of motion from a training perspective I couldn't do a bicep curl on my left side without cheating a little bit. Dr. Ryan not only has me doing bicep curls on the left side with proper form but I'm currently curling up to 10 lbs on my left side now. Dr. Ryan is awesome to train with . On my first visit with Ryan I knew that he was the real deal.
