"I’ve lived in these apartments for 3 years now and have enjoyed my time here. The apartment complex is safe, relatively quiet, and in a great location to enjoy Mascoutah’s park and community events. The property managers, Ramah and Hannah, have always been kind, easy to work with and very responsive. They also host giveaways throughout the year from gift baskets to free pass to Mascoutah’s pool. Although I’m moving soon I’d recommend these apartments and team to anyone looking."

"Very clean nice apartments. They keep up with the grounds. The carpets were brand new and the flooring was good quality. Everything was freshly painted and ready for move in. The bedrooms are spacious along with the living room. As you walk in, the kitchen, dining room, and living are an open concept with nice big windows to let in a lot of natural light. I moved out once my lease was up due to personal circumstances. I would definitely move back if I was in the area. Ramah was very helpful through everything. Forgot to mention, the units come with good quality HE washer and dryer."
