"This has been without a doubt the worst therapy I have ever received. I have only interacted with my therapist once in the last three sessions. I split care between two locations, this and one of the Schaumburg locations. At the Schaumburg location, my therapist recaps my previous session at the Des Plaines location. I don't get a chance to speak to my therapist at this location. The difference in the amount of care/attention between the two locations is crazy. I had to remind the tech that my set of exercises changed. At least the staff is kind."
