"The apt always clean inside and out but the buzzer to get in Never work and it have not been working for 4 or more months, so if you come to visit someone in this apt you have to call them on there phone and then they will have to come let you in, I told the people at the front office that this buzzer doesn't work and she said a Maintenance man will fixing and it ha e not been fix yet and that been 2- 3 months ago, so not I giving them 1 more chance to fix this door buzzer then I going to call the news people on them."

"I am a Social Worker and have a few clients living in this senior apartment complex. The information I have is from my visiting and my clients. From what I can tell, the apartments are nice and small to accommodate a senior or a couple. It's easy to keep clean. These apartments have several buildings from A-E in a box shape on the property. The buildings are secure and all doors are locked. In order to enter, you will need to phone the resident with the built in phone system, in the correct building in order to be buzzed in. Each building has its own lobby with a small sitting area. Each floor has its own laundry facilities, but there is a charge for usage. The apartments are central heat and air. Each building has an elevator for easy access for each floor and exiting the building. There's a big parking lot out front with many spaces for handicapped parking. The apartments I've been in have wide showers and doorways to accommodate those with wheelchairs. From my observation, I don't have anything negative to report on the building or it's residents. It usually seems quiet and not many issues I've seen thus far. I'm unsure about the management and maintenance of the building as I have not had any conversations with either. My clients seem to love staying here and haven't informed me of any complaints thus far. #Tonetta #GaryVeeChallenge"
