"They never pick their calls no matter what number you call, what time of the day you call or how many times you call them. I had a tour scheduled for 10:30, I am here waiting, the guy in the bookstore said he hasn’t seen them today, the notice on their door said they’d be back by 9, this is 10:50 and no one is still here. Ridiculous and unprofessional. A complete waste of time. If this is how they are before you start living here, I wonder how they would be when you do. It’s 11am and still no show. I definitely do not recommend."

"The process was sooooo smooth and easy...they offer virtual and in person tours...the property is really nice and secure...no troublesome neighbors and my leasing agent Kinleigh was the best...soooo helpful and efficient...consider making this your next home!!!!"

"Please do not waste your time dealing with the Delmar loss apartment. I had a 1 o’clock appointment scheduled for today. I even confirmed my appointment when I get here. There’s nobody here the doors are locked. Leasing Office lights are turned off. I have waited. Nobody ever showed up I call nobody asked the phone I emailed nobody respond to my email. I left a voice message when I contact the property management company who owns the building. They can’t even get in contact with anybody or the property manager. I find it very unprofessional to waste people time, so please do not waste your time dealing with this company."

"I stay there a for a while. It’s actually not located on Delmar but rather 2 miles for it. Several nights I would hear gun shots as it’s not located in the safest part of town. It takes a long time for them to fix things.I had to put in 20 service request before my refrigerator was finally fixed a year later. The elevator was constantly breaking down which was embarrassing when I invited guess over. Someone destroyed the entrance glass several times and it wasn’t fixed for about a month. They change management all the time so you never know who your dealing with in the lease office. Rent is increase ever year. My rent went up 40$ the first time. They will lie to you to try and get you to sign a new lease don’t believe anything not written. The rooms are very small for the prices they charge. My room even a huge pillar in the living room due to the building being so old. Fire alarm drills are performed at 3:00am in the morning during the winter on week days. If you don’t renew your lease within 60 days of it ending they will auto renew it for you. The close metro link is forest park. 3 people have died at forest park since I stayed here. This is a hard past and I strongly advise you to rent somewhere else!"
