"This renovation project is so artful & timeless & well over due!! The space is well done!! But most of all is the talent of the artists that hang on the walls in this place all the way through!! When I visited I didn't know what to expect but, it's been well thought out & great space for brainstorming & quick meetings!! The lower level space also has a Deli Devine!! With other grocery items!!"
"Moved in 4 months ago, no complaints about the unit itself. Accurately reflects the pictures online & virtual tour Have had to call maintenance a few times for issues with washing machine and garbage disposal. These were all resolved in a timely manner and the communication from property manager Tyson has always been thoughtful and professional. As another reviewer mentioned, parking is pricey at $70-80 per month which I consider to be the only “drawback” of renting here"
"I moved in June 2023 and have nothing but great things to say about The Residences at Delmar Divine! Tyson and Edina are truly amazing! They ensured my move in was nice and easy. The property is very clean and secure. We have Security on property, daily cleaning staff for the common areas, and secure parking. Tyson and Edina are very responsive with anything you bring to them and make it their priority. You can truly see that they care about their property and residents. The apartments are very clean and brand new. All appliances are new with marble counters in the bathroom and kitchen. I look forward to staying here long term as it's a well kept and great community!"
"This is the former St. Luke's Hospital, converted summer 2022 into a wonderful apartment community. Delmar Blvd itself doesn't feel totally safe to me, but other than that I love so much about this place. Clean, attractive apartments; pool, small/medium sized gym, ample clean and comfortable spaces for work or gatherings, ping-pong table and games for residents to use; very friendly interactions with neighbors and with building staff; quick response to maintenance issues; conveniently close to public transportation, including MetroLink, bus, and WashU shuttle to Danforth campus; lots of amazing community engagement happening elsewhere in the building, including deli, pharmacy. Very happy with my experience here for the last 10 months!!"
"4/21/23 Great experience here already!!!! Both people i’ve talked to, including the property manager Tyson and the other girl who I cannot for the life of me remember her name. I signed a lease about a month ago and cannot wait to move in. The place is super clean, smells good, great amenities, units are brand new and built very nicely. You can tell they took their time and value a great space for all their residents. Cameras everywhere including in the package room and it makes me feel so safe to move in here. In unit W/D, great windows, etc. They answered my MANY questions and were extremely happy to help me find the perfect unit between 4 different units. The units are definitely different than the layout it shows online and they’re all slightly different, some not having windows in the bedroom, different closet, etc. The lease signing process was so fast and we didn’t have to pay a deposit given our good credit. So so thankful for this experience. This is a hidden gem, everyone. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the parking is pricy for not even a close spot starting at $85 ish dollars a spot. It is a gated parking lot and has security on the property 5PM-5AM, but still seems pricey for the location of the lot. I also did have an experience where they forgot about my appointment to see the unit and have showed up late to each time I came so we ended up not being able to contact them and waiting in our car for about 45 minutes… overall, wonderful experience and cannot wait for move in!"
