"As a long-time resident, this community is an amazing place to live! The apartments are spacious and well-kept. It is centrally located to many stores and restaurants, quiet, pet friendly, and everyone is warm and welcoming. Ramah and Hannah are top-notch when it comes to management and offer lots of social events for residents to enjoy. Truly a great place to live."

"1. We had to fight to get our dryer replaced and fridge. 2. They never sprayed for bugs. So we had to kill a lot of brown recluse spiders 3. They had to replace the water heater 4. They take away the umbrellas at their pool 5. They talk to you like a child via email 6.THEY CANT KEEP A MAINTENANCE CREW 7. THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE ANS HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE. 8. The gym equipment doesn’t work. None of it works 9. They go up on your rent every year and the apartments are so out to date. 10. I just wouldn’t rent. It’s not worth it at all you would but better going to these newer apartments that’s being built up."

"Lived here for 2 years and only left due to relocation. Very well kept community with great management from Ramah and Hannah. Maintenance is superb and very responsive. Pet friendly, welcoming, and quiet. Hosted plenty of gatherings at the club house with a nice pool and workout room. Sad to leave!"
