"I didn't even want to give it a star it's so bad. The people play Halloween music blaring loud in the woods when it it's Halloween. There's needles, pills and blood on the stairs all the time. People also overdose all the time. There was a time these parents let there kid oh their powerwheels car out in 3am and was dragging on the sidewalk infront of my apartment. Everywhere is unclean kids play in the dumpster. The neighbors are super loud. And a girl ran her boyfriend over with a car so if that's the environment you want this is the perfect place for you"

"Literally since the day I moved in I’ve received nothing but transparency and kindness from the maintenance crew and the Manager, Michael. I came across some very minor issues in the beginning and they were resolved very quickly. Honestly, I’ve never seen anyone enjoy their jobs as much as the men here do lol I had like a whole list (that if I’m being honest was kinda nitpicky) and they just came in actually *HAPPY* to be helpful. I read another review that said “the place is what you make it”. Which is absolutely true. Life is all about the *bigger picture*. Yes, I hear my upstairs neighbors on occasion, I hear loud kids goofing off outside & the outside can get a little trashy. Be realistic. We have over 200 apartments and the crew can only do so much. It’s up to US, as tenants, to make sure that we’re taking care of our own homes, outside included. Trash blows up on my patio constantly, so I clean it up! Simple. Trash blows out of the dumpsters and out of the many very convenient trash cans, you see it? Then pick it up! Simple. The kids and noise? They’re apartments! No explanation necessary. Last, but not least, my apartment is beautiful and really spacious! It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, a dishwasher & washer/dryer hookups. I have all new carpets and vinyl flooring that are easy to clean. My walls are freshly painted in a really nice soft grey. I also have a decent size storage room outside, along with tons of closet space inside! I love my home and I’m very grateful to be here! (I’ll add more photos later, if I remember lol)"

"I've lived here now for 2 years,and I'm sick of seeing all the negative reviews. It's what you make of it when you live here. People always complain about how trashy, and noisy it is. People who live here only make it trashy because they want to throw stuff out off their balconies or litter the driveway, the maintenance crew can only do so much. It's up to the people to take care of their own trash. But a lot of them don't. The new management has made a big difference here. And for the noise of kids running around, well that's just the parents not teaching their kids respect. Besides what else can they do, let the kids be kids. They just need to be taught about having respect for other people's property. I'm sorry if this offends people but it's the truth. It's the same no matter where you go to live."

"I moved in almost 2 weeks ago and it was the easiest application process and I worked directly with Lynn and Michael and they were extremely nice, helpful and thorough. The first day meeting Michael I told him he was the friendliest guy I think I ever met. Moving day was stressful but Michael the property manager got his hands dirty to make sure I was happy and able to get back to work. My 3 bedroom apartment is so big and roomy and I love having a full laundry room and a nice balcony. I did have one minor issue that I brought to their attention and Michael handled it so fast and professional. I was not expecting such a fast response let alone solution. I am thrilled to see a property manager in my generation to bring a new perspective and ideas to the new community I'll be calling home. Here's to fresh starts and good vibes from here on out!"
