"I am so disappointed with them.. I've had 2 Orthotics made that I've only worn 1 day each that don't fit. from various locations.. I was refused service at the Alsip once and the Vice Presidentcontacted and apologized for their conduct.. I've had several doctors tell me to ask them to put padding ir liners..they refused. I went to hickory hills location was told that i would meet with Matt a senior therapist..I arrived was told that he was on vacation...here we go again..Emily came in who I new from Wheaton location...she's an intern...very nice...She said that another high level therapist would be available..I think her name was Zoey...I asked several times for her ..Emily came back to me saying that the therapist said this and that.. So they gave me a free brace like the one's that I've sent back to Amazon.. I guess I wasn't important enough to see a full fledged Therapist...again..Emily was very good..but I felt..pushed aside.."

"Worst clinic I've ever been to. They said they would help me out if i had any problems with my brace. Tried to return it because it didn't work and fell apart on me. They wouldn't do anything about it. Don't trust what they say. They just looking for another buck."

"Took 5 months to get items and still didn’t receive everything. Kept receiving calls saying they didn’t have what they needed as far as refer and insurance information. Provided dates information was provided and faxed over and sent things multiple times after that just to be took they have what they needed already and it was a mistake. Was told everything was ready and that appointments were limited so had to come on this day to get items or they couldn’t guarantee when they will have next appointment. Came a hour a way just to be told they can’t provide everything. They could have said this over the phone. Was told they will speak with manager about but they never did and was recommended to go even farther out to another place to receive the rest of the items. Could care less about people they serve. You guys had time to plan that employee was retiring so why not make customers aware and do your job correctly?"
