"I recently moved into these townhomes and I absolutely love it ! Everything is newly renovated , very peaceful environment, very clean , and the property manager Ashley is simply a breathe of fresh air she was literally on top of everything that needed to get done to make my move in a easy as possible I would highly recommend someone to move in these townhomes ! The staff is very friendly and work orders get done immediately. I’ve been in several different apartments and these are the best ones I’ve been !"

In three years I have not talked to one representative and I have reached out a good 10 plus times. Just want to know if any are available and if not I want to know that too so I can STOP reaching out . Please check records and send response via email."

"I had been speaking with Melissa for a few months and waiting until the the list opens up and units become available. She advised some units would become available first of the year. I’m 9 months pregnant she set me up to come in and fill out a app and pay my application fee and had me under the impression that there were units available to were possibly I would be able to move soon. She told me call the following week to check in with her so I did as she said but someone told me I was 7th on the waiting list which made me mad because not once the whole hour and a half she had me sitting there and took my application fee did she say I would be put on a waiting and that there WERE NO UNITS available at ALL! She made it seem as if units had become available and basically it was a first come first serve which I had been keeping contact to see when applications would start being able to be submitted. I called today and I’m still 7th there are STILL NO UNITS available. I feel that’s falsification to tell me units are becoming available first of the year have all these people applying collecting they application fees knowing d**n well you knew you didn’t have any units available in the first place but have people come waste there time filling out the app just to sit on a list that probably ain’t gone never move no time soon. That’s bad business and what have should been communicated was” you’re welcome to fill out a application and be placed on our waiting list but we currently don’t have any units available” but she didn’t cause they want all these people to come fill out and pay apps fees."
