"They don’t listen to you as a patient. Prescribed antibiotic drops for pink eye that I’m allergic to which caused more complications. Called to get the drops I know work. They wouldn’t put me through to a nurse practitioner who could easily prescribe. Said they needed me to come in again which was less than 24 hours since my first visit."

"They claim to be an immediate care location however, they don’t take walk ins . When I went in to ask a question no one was there to answer them only a kiosk. After entering my information on the kiosk it told me no appointments were available. I ended up calling and was told they only take appointments. They need to drop the “immediate care “ from their business name as this is misleading and wastes time."

"My Son had pink eye and we had to wait past our appointment but nonetheless they prescribed my Son drops and it went away. My insurance had no copay. I would definitely go again for something minor."

"Worst clinic ever! Made An appointment for my daughter physical they Ask for your insurance info. Which I provided and they didn’t bother mentioning that I would still will be charged for the physical. Lack communication and worst service I have ever experienced in a health care setting."
