"I had been a long standing patient until today. It was the last straw. Dr Burda had created an excellent place that really helped me get my mental health together. Once he left the practice, things really fell off the wheels. Elizabeth Kelly is the NPR i was seeing, and upon asking her to refill my xanax (which I havent filled in almost 5 months) and my adderall which has not been filled since september, basically told me i have addiction because she saw that I was prescribed Oxy and Hydro twice over the last fee months. I tried to explain to her that I have just finished my second spine fusion surgery and still she insisted I have addiction issues. Mind you, my oxy and hydro scripts are still full pretty much. I really do not use them. I used them the first week out of surgery but once pain was under control i switched to tylenol extra strength. Rinse and repeat for the second surgery which was completed monday Nov 13. I felt so disrespected that I felt the need to share. She mentioned she does not want to lose her license yet doesnt even have the care to read what her patients are telling her. Find somewhere else to go this place is awful now."
"The is hands down the worst doctors office staff I've dealt with in my 44 years on this earth. They don't give a damn about patients and are downright rude. They are hostile and unempathetic to the patients needs. Find another doctor! You'll thank me later."
"If I could give zero stars, I would. Whoever hired the receptionist named Lisa needs to retrain her. Every time I’ve called I’ve been hung up on because she clearly doesn’t know how to manage a phone. I was super pleased with my provider, Joanna, who I had been seeing for over a year. I can tell exactly why she left. This place is a mess. Lisa told me over the phone which practitioners simply refuse to refill ADHD meds, sat there and did the math of when I should have run out of one of my medications, and gave me the runaround while I tried to push up an appointment as you aren’t supposed to abruptly stop SSRIs. Save yourself the unnecessary attitude and dealing with antagonizing receptionists. Go somewhere else to heal, because this place doesn’t give a damn. Lisa, if you’re reading this, figure out how to handle multiple phone lines and develop some tact and grace."
"I first want to say that the provider that I had been seeing was one of the best providers I've had with regard to managing my medication. She made me feel safe, heard, and respected. That being said, the office receptionists and office manager have consistently shown me a lack of compassion and respect. You would think that the caring provider that I had would be represented by a staff that reflected similar values, but that has not been my experience with them for now a year. Sadly, I'm in the process of finding a new practice to work with because of my experiences with this office. Overall, it is unfortunate that such strong behaviorial providers are being represented by them, they must keep in mind that they are apart of each and every clients healing process."
"Support is the worst. So difficult to get an appointment (Four forms and two weeks later…) Very difficult to get into virtual appointment. Then if there is a problem with the virtual waiting room, no one calls. They just let you sit there and then you wait AGAIN to reschedule. “Compassion for vulnerable populations”? Nope. They’d let a new patient die before they’d bother to call you. And the response below - that’s a ruse. You have to go through the problematic staff to get to the “owner.” There’s no way to to speak to someone in charge. In fact, when you call, you’re put on hold."
