"The only reason for 2 stars is because the front desk staff was very helpful, no stars for the doctor. Dr Emerzian was seen for a nail trimming for my mom who is diabetic so nail cutting can be tricky. I expressed my concerns about nail cutting due to her conditions. First, it's not covered but that's fine I'll pay the $50 charge for a Doctor to safely trim her nails. If only that was the case. He was rough and seemed rushed. Didn't offer any advice on care for a nail with an issue. He also CUT INTO 3 nails. The 2 big toes were gouged and bleeding. My mom was in pain while getting them trimmed. After he did it he left the room with not much being said. When looking at the toes we saw that one nail was only half cut. We left to the front desk and they had us go back in for him to check the bleeding toes. He didn't check them. He just wrapped with more gauze. I would not recommend him AT all. Now I am worried about them healing properly."
