"The girl at the front desk seemed friendly enough but the guy next to her was playing on his phone for 2 min before he even looked up at the line of ppl, ridiculous. He just told me to go to the back. The guy doing rapids in the back of the clinic was slightly better but not by much. You get your results in 15 min via text so I’m waiting for that now."

"Took my family here for a COVID test during the holidays. I had an appointment which was required on that day. The receptionist was a young Latina lady. After she helped the person in front of me, she proceeded to ignore me like I was invisible after clearly seeing my whole family walk in. She starting helping random people coming in from off the street. I had to interrupt & explain that my family and I, were here for a scheduled appointment & ask her to service us - smh. She then started to help us with indifference. The gentlemen in the back were friendly and cordial. There was some initial confusion with our tests but they corrected everything promptly. The actual wait time wasn't long after getting through the annoyance at the front desk. The cleanliness was "ok." You could get either PCR or rapid tests here but had to chose only one. I got the PCR back in 24 hours and that was a great turnaround time considering the holiday surge. I would say go here in a pinch but management needs to deal with receptionist in the front. This person sets the tone/first impression for all of your customers and she lowered your rating."
