"I love the reimagined design of this historic downtown building! It has a great modern vibe with a hint of urban. The units are great too - plenty of closet space, in-unit washer and dryer, and large windows with amazing views. Additionally, the location is ideal, as it is just across the street from Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village, a short walk to the Arch grounds, and has easy driving access to Interstate 64. The garage is right next to the building and is always secured and safe. The tour of the property was very informative and the on-site staff is super helpful and nice. Would highly recommend this apartment building if you want to experience downtown living, not to mention - having the ability to sip a beer on a private rooftop with a direct view of Busch Stadium never hurts!"
