The person I spoke with was very helpful very curious. At this point it's comforting knowing that my relative is living in that building."

"Maintenance is slow responding and the building should be cleaner. the bedbugs have become a problem. they are spraying instead of using heat treatment. my arms and back have been bitten so many times i can't wear short sleeves."

"I am out of State trying to check on my parent because she was not feeling well and this place has no emergency number to check on elderly parents or After Hours number listed. This is Crazy, especially since the COVID-19 Crises is going on. I am caling my parent's phone but she is not answering. I may have to call the police since this apartment does not have an alternate emergency route."
