"I lived there over a year and kept the property managers up to date whenever the A/C stopped working, when my car got broken into and when they allowed a window fixer to come into my loft and break my vase while they originally only wanted to pay me $50 without even asking me the value of it. It has been over 30 days since I moved out and I have yet to get my $500 deposit back along with my $59 for the month I was not allowed to go to the gym because their lease ran out with Fitness Factory, as that gym was no longer doing business with lofts. They did not even know about that until I had to tell them my fob access to the gym was no longer working, hence the $59 owed for that month. I REPEATEDLY reached out to Pete who did my walk through move out inspection as he said everything was fine and I should receive the deposit when we walked out the loft together; and for me to reach out to Jenna, the property mgr, with my forwarding address. I did so and still have yet to receive my money."

"My husband works in STL during the week and we were looking for an apartment with charm & location. We toured Ballpark lofts & loved it immediately. We choose a 2 bedroom unit layout and love it. I want to note that Micheal & Courtney, who preform numerous maintenance and other property improvements are fantastic! They are so polite, professional and a great asset to this Keeley Property. Our property manager, Bethany is fabulous. Quick to respond, so sweet and very professional! She is great to work with. We read some past reviews and had a slight concern before touring. Keeley Properties & Ballpark Lofts team have worked hard to make this apartment complex AMAZING!! Highly recommend. You'll love it."

"I recently moved out due to a new job opportunity, but if I had stayed would have resigned without a second thought. Know what you're signing up for - living above a couple of bars will mean some noise some nights. But it's honestly not that bad and the nights that I was a lighter sleeper I just used some cheap earplugs and slept like a bear. Otherwise, I completely recommend living here. The location is great, especially for living Downtown, the apartments are gorgeous, and Shelly is the absolute best building manager ever. If you ever have any questions or concerns, she is always quick to help. I have never had a better building manager experience, and doubt I ever will, than what I had with Shelly. She is truly the icing on the cake to some pretty great apartments."

"My boyfriend and I have lived at STL Ballpark lofts for over 2 years and are signing our lease this month for another year! We LOVE it. Before moving downtown we looked at SEVERAL lofts downtown and in CWE, Ballpark Village Lofts stood out to us the most and had a lot more to offer for the price than the others. In my opinion this is the best location for downtown living, we are able to walk to go out to eat, to grab a drink, to go to the Cardinals game, I even walk to the library! I know some people have some worries about living in the city but when it comes to safety I have never had an issue here. Our parking is secure, we have security watching the cars, and the bars below the lofts have security and bouncers outside until late hours on the weekend. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the staff here, every time we’ve needed maintenance done they get here quickly and let us know when they’re arriving, we had an issue with our dryer and they came in that week and totally replaced it with a brand new one. Our property manager Shelly is literally the best, you’ll see her around the building almost daily, she stops you to see how you are & give the pup some pets, if you ever need anything she is there to get it done immediately. Another huge seller for us is that there is a grassy area outside for us to walk our dog at (which none of the other lofts we looked at downtown had) so you don’t have to walk your dog on sidewalk. I seriously have nothing bad to say about this place, I LOVE it here!"
