Libby is always super kind and let me into my apartment when I was locked out because my key was in my lost luggage from my flight that day."

This building had a bad reputation in the past, but they are under new management, and we haven’t had any problems whatsoever. Our maintenance guy has been so responsive and helpful, usually coming to see us within a couple days of a request. We love Libbie and Izzy, who are always working their butts off to make sure things run smoothly! We’ll certainly be here for a while, because we love it!"

"What you are reading about them in previous reviews about them not responding is 100% true. We went through the process to try to get an apartment with them. Izzy specifically was the point of contact. She advised us it would be a week. It has now been three. We ended up being denied due to her Clerical and mathematical errors. She emailed us almost every other day requesting new information, in which we promptly provided. Even in our verification process she would reach out over the phone to the people to verify our previous home address as well as employment, and tell them that what they provided over the phone was fine only to email them requesting additional information. In the line of work that we do, it was very clear she found the amounts that she was seeing unbelievable. As she continue to remind us during our viewing that people like to scam. She saw our Mercedes and commented on it telling us that oh well, I guess that you all can afford the apartment since you’re in a Benz. She was very unprofessional. It was a very unusual interaction. I wonder if she makes the same comments and remarks to anyone who isn’t of brown skin color? Very discriminatory. I would not recommend anyone even applying here and wasting your time. They are not prompt they are not punctual they are not professional, and genuinely just not considerate people. She didn’t even have the common courtesy to send us an email and let us know that we were denied. We had to call her three times today after she told us she was just waiting on the manager to come back into town so sign off on our invoices that she directly requested via email. Imagine staying at a place and you need stuff done and you can’t get a hold of the people in the office. There are thousands of lofts downtown in St. Louis to choose from. Do not choose this one."
