"The inside of the apartments are nice and have nice finishings but that’s about all you’ll get. Leasing/ management Office is “open” Monday thru Friday.. they are only here about once a month if you’re lucky. Incredibly hard to get an email response back from management/Leasing office if there is a concern or question. That observation rings true for the development company/Owners of the establishment as well (I’ve literally reached out multiple times over the course of a month). Back stairwell is deplorable, smells like a porta potty with stairs on the lower level being rusted completely out, with holes in them. “Smoke free” complex with the strongest odor of cigarettes in apartments and burns in the floors and bathroom walls leaking yellow from the due to the heavy use of nicotine/tobacco. (UPDATE: since moving out over a week ago, no response from management or owners and everything I own reeks of smoke) “Private security” isn’t a far stretch from a joke, they're either sleeping on the benches in the hall, or tossing their LOADED GUN in the air for fun and pointing it haphazardly at people entering the building. The Trash shoot rooms are emptied seldomly so there is always ample amount of trash everywhere. There was throw up in the hall for nearly a month before foot traffic “washed” it away. On the bright side you might not need an alarm clock, because maintenance occasionally forgets some units have residents and enters without knocking or notice. And you might not need to take your dog outside when the weather is questionable because there is already copious amounts of dog poop and pee on the stairwell."

"Tried reaching out multiple times after applying. No one reached out or called to follow up. After Kelly left and the Airbnbs started… this property has fallen drastically."

"Made an appointment to view apartments and was requested we show up early. After doing so the leasing agent failed to show up for 20 mins. Save yourself the time and look else where."

"You do not want to live here! Everything is going downhill. Many of the positive reviews you see is before the management change: the previous property manager Ms. Pellegrino was a wonderful person and manager. The new person is disinterested and hostile. They scoff at the idea of doing their jobs and have no respect for the lease terms signed. The area is becoming more dangerous as well. A man was pointing a loaded gun at the public and he was shot by the police on Oct 22, 2022 right by the apartment building. In another instance, two people accosted and threatened me as soon as I exited the building. This apartment building does not have a adjoined garage so you are forced to walk, sometimes in the middle of the night, to another garage. Speaking of, their recommended garage (Ninth Street Garage $110/month) has had multiple car break-ins, one of them being mine. Oh, and your packages won’t be safe either: someone got inside the locked mail room and got away with my package worth $400 and many others."

"I have looked at so many apartments in downtown and level on locust is great place to live. It's at a great location! Grocery store is right in front of the apartment, great gym and very clean. I have loved every day here so far!!! It has been 3 months I lived here and its a great experience and rent is so affordable. I have a cozy apartment and great service. The apartment is beautiful and very friendly neighbors. Most of all Hillary the leasing manager is the best, she is a great tour guide!! Her efforts to ensure an easy application really went the extra mile. Her follow up was quick and informative. She's a great asset. On-time services for any issues. You will always see prompt responses from Hillary! I enjoy my stay here. I look forward to enjoying the property and its convenient location for the rest of my stay here!!!"
