"The workers in the office are very rude and have added charges to my daughter's rent without not notifying her. When asked about a so-called debt and the reason, they refused to give the reason and only gave a number to their so-called lawyer, which is really a debt collector. This place changes management every six months. Never rent from this place because they will do anything to discriminate against people that they personally don't want want living there even though they pay their rent faithfully."

"I want to say thank you to Ms. Gwen, Jamal, and Ashante for being an amazing team in the leasing office. They always had my back in every situation and went above and beyond to address all my concerns. They have made the rest of my time here stress free. Any company would be fortunate to have them as assets. I also want to thank James, the original maintenance manager. Although he left before my lease was up, he always made sure to help me in every unit I resided in during my time at the Lofts at 1000. I really hope this new group will do right by this building. It has potential and is quite lovely if you get a good unit."

"I paid Gwen in the leasing office under the table on 9/30/23 so that I can have a party on the roof top. She got caught up then lied and said that it never happened so now she is retaliating against me because the other leasing agent found out about it and questioned her. She wanted me to say that I never paid her but me and her both know this was the case. I have been triple charged for rent and is expected to pay even after they are clearly aware of the triple charges. This does not make since of course, (if they have proof why evict me) which is why I believe this is a form of retaliation for not lying for her."

"It’s been well over two years since we have moved out but it appears that the same problems we had, are still happening. Tear this building down. DON’T be fooled by sweet talking and move in deals. "I was sent the wrong lease three times; they do not respond to emails or pick up the phone, incorrect price on the lease, and no free month's rent as said when I made my application. You must save your responses and dispute them with your bank. Not worth the headache and no professionalism. I recently retired from the military now I have to cancel my whole shipment due to their inconsistent communication or lack of work ethic."
