"Wonderful experience! The staff was absolutely wonderful and professional! Dr. Bohanan was wonderful! Eli (left) got vaccines and she was so patient and kind he didn’t even cry! Sam (right) was prescribed medications and given a sample of special dog food for his sensitive stomach. The Dr was very knowledgeable and patient while answering all of our questions. Wonderful service, amazing staff, 100000/10 recommend this facility!"

"Absolutely terrible ! I have used this vet for years. This last year, they are only open 4 days a week and on one of those days, they close at 4 p.m. They do not have an answering machine and most of the time, no one answers the phone. Their sister clinic in Lancaster is no better. They do not have an answering machine either. They website says they are open when they are not. I don't know if they are going out of business or what is going on. I have changed to a clinic in Midlothian that I am really pleased with. It is a long drive for me but well worth it."
