"Let’s start off with the apartment it’s self. For the price, you get what you pay for. Except you wouldn’t expect bugs and leaks every time it rains. Let’s start with the owners. They’re racist for sure I’ve heard that many times and seen it my self. And they’re mean. They act entitled which is not cute for owners lol. The older lady there with glasses, way more respectful than the other 2 in that office. And to be surprised there are a lot of foreign people in this complex and there’s been many rumors from one neighbor to another that they discriminate against those who can’t speak English very well. Another thing, the washers and dryers. If the power goes out guess what? You lose the money you put in them and you have wet, dirty, stinky clothes. And they do nothing to help you get your money back or help accommodate you."

"I have lived at Villa Roma Apartments for over 30 years. I have always felt safe and secure in my apartment and sitting on my patio. I have many wonderful neighbors. Management has always been friendly and accommodating. Maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. I definitely enjoy living here."

"Best decision I made when looking for a new home! The property is well maintained at all times. The office personal has always answered my questions with a positive attitude and has made sure that I’m happy in my new home. The location is perfect with easy access to a major highway and plenty of dining and shopping available close by. I’m comfortable leaving early in the morning to go to work as well as coming home late, security isn’t an issue here. The neighbors that I’ve met are friendly. So glad that I chose this complex to call home !!!"

"My husband lived in these apartments 5+ years before I did. Even with the prior owner and leasing agents they were always well maintained inside and out. He's never had any problems with getting any work done in or outside the apartment. I've lived here for 6 years and had experienced prior and new management behavior. This place has been under New management since November 2019 the place is run beautifully. The leasing agents are meticulous and thorough in their work to keep their tenants happy and apartments maintained. The maintenance men work diligently to keep the grounds clean and apartment units mechanics working properly and fixing issues in a timely fashion. The office management are quick to let you know if the turnaround to fix something will be 1 day or a few days and the reason why. They always have a listening ear for their tenants concerns or even a simple chat. They are people oriented, always smiling, always willing to help. This is a great place to live, a great community of people, it's diverse in culture as well as in age. I've loved living here these past years. It's the most affordable place to live in the South County area. The bedrooms are large, with large closets, in my case both bedrooms. The living room kitchen combo has a nice flow making the apartment spacious. I love my bathroom, the vanity/sink area has a wall that separates it from the toilet and bath. Close to the highway, restaurants, grocery stores and the mall. Great place to live!!!!"
