"Management lies. They didn't change the air filters for almost a year, I had to do it myself. Then they threw out my new one and replaced it with a thin cheap one... my apartment had to be cleaned by me as they left it dirty with rust stains all over the fridge. Dirt in the grout of kitchen and bathroom tiles. The basement floods. The lawn care person leaves grass all over the property and gets on our cars and even clogs the drain by the basements and the sewers. There are no plants in front of the buildings except for the main building with the manager's office. Don't be fooled, this place may ruin your life like they are trying to do to me! The owner will try to illegally evict you for no good reason."

"I've lived here 6 months now. I dont usually write reviews, but I just had to let everyone know of the great experience that I've had. In recent weeks I've had a couple of issues come up with this property and as soon as I brought them to the property managers attention all of them were dealt with immediately. I cant give enough praise to the property manager she is kind and understanding. And if there's a maintenance issue its resolved as quick as possible. I've been very pleasantly surprised by all of the staff that I've dealt with here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"One of the worst landlord ever We had contract for one year and we stayed at the apartment exactly one year We left a note 2 month a head that we leaving the apartment once our contract ends She cursed us She end the phone on us just to so she doesnt give the deposit back. We left the apartment really clean We did vacuum and we didn't even leave single scratches Now we have 4 more family's that have complain We are all going to court Just because lots of innocent immigrants rent this place they take advantages She is threatening to make our credit bad!"
