"My sister in law lived here in 2023 and 2024. The apartment was really nice and clean. The grounds are lovely. You could not ask for better neighbors. In the few times her apartment needed attention, it was always taken care of right away. Great location and school district. Highly recommend."

Patterson Place stood out for us because of how quiet and well-maintained it was compared to other apartment communities. In addition, from the first time we met, the management at Patterson Pace has always very friendly knowledgeable and easy to work and they continue to be now that we’ve moved in."

"BEWARE!!!! The units are labeled as luxury apartments but they are far from it. My experience here has been trash. My unit had a literal mice infestation!!!!!! I have never ever had the problems I came across living here. I lived in a unit that faced the trees so a lot of bugs, huge spiders, and stink bugs!!!! The units are so old and dirty and ran down. I can’t stress how dirty the unit was upon move in. It even had things leftover in the cabinets from the people who lived there before me. I called the leasing office and asked had the unit been properly cleaned before my arrival and they told me yes which they either told a lie or they did a horrible job. I then asked could they have someone come and clean it they told me yes but no one ever came. Another thing about these apartments is the parking is absolutely terrible. You have to race home after work to get a decent parking spot or you have to park all the way down the street. The gutters never got cleaned despite my work order I put in to get it cleaned so when it rained all the rain literally poured right in front of my doorstep (I have pictures/videos to prove it all of this) I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone ever"
