"These apartments were horrible. I had a leak in my ceiling from the time I moved in to the time I moved out. I lived here for 2 years. They tried to “fix” it and failed 2 times. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to live."

"I do not live here but deliver to this location regularly and it is a nightmare at night because none of the addresses are near a light fixture making it incredibly hard to see. I can only imagine if an emergency vehicle needed to find a specific address at night. Hard to believe a large apartment complex like this one lacks funding to make the address on each building visible. I feel bad for people living here who are ordering anything"

"I went to Suson Pines Apartments on the Monday before Thanksgiving to look for a place to rent, and I was able to move in the next day. The leasing process is comprehensive but organized and easy to navigate, and the professionals at Suson Pines Apartments were very helpful in answering any questions that I had. The leasing office offers many options and accommodations for leasing, and their online application makes it easy to choose. Moving can be stressful, and the folks at Suson Pines Apartments made this part of the process a breeze."

"My wife and I have lived here for 1 and a half years. Our apartment does the job and is great for our needs. Our only, but huge issue, is our patio. We are on the bottom floor and we have had our patio flood twice. The flooding was so bad that it seeped through the sliding glass door, through the carpet and walls leaving our living room, kitchen and bedroom soaked. Both times we have called the emergency maintenance, staff have been prompt and friendly. With this said, our issue is only temporarily fixed with no real solution. We are frustrated is knowing there is always a chance our apartment can flood with any type of rain. This is not an ideal situation for us. Not only did we have the issues with the flooding but when it came to moving out they were extremely fast to deduct our deposit and end up charging us a move out fee. I understand that we could of got experts to clean but when they charge you because of 1 small piece of paper and looks like the floors need to be swept after we vacuumed and swept it’s extremely frustrating. They are not willing to compensate you for their property issues but are quick to take your money. All in all our experience was fine. The staff is friendly and quick to answer emails. The property is slightly outdated and you can see that when you have to pay your electric bills as they probably need to be updated with some newer appliances. I would recommend people living here but don’t get a bottom floor apartment and make sure you are there when they inspect you at move out."

"Suson Pines is an absolutely wonderful community to live in. The office staff is super friendly. Stephanie, the angel that helped me with my move in 2 years ago has always been there for me whenever I need assistance with anything. Samantha in the office is always there for me as well. Maintenance is on top of anything that requires attention, no matter how large or small the job. They are extremely responsive as well. Shout out to Marty, Casey, Corey, and David from the always dependable maintenance crew. If you're in the market for a place to call home, do yourself a favor and check out Suson Pines."
