"It took them over 30 days to replace a hot water heater, which means me and my 3 kiddos went without hot water for over a month. This place is run like any other corporate America business, wherein there is lack of empathy and consideration. Also, the office is not open during the hours they say they are open due to the Property Manger being tied up in meetings, which has been the reason I can not resolve things in person."

"Maintenance is super bad. Paying very high price for bad quality apartment. Water flows out of window. Complained twice, still no action taken. Bathroom leaks and they did half repair. Now bathroom stinks since the repair is half way and its been almost a month. Bathroom stinks so bad that we cant use and we are literally stay in one bedroom and one bath but paying for 2 bed and 2 bath. Don't know whom to approach for immediate action. Wont recommend this place."

"The staff was so friendly, they had the one repair needed done in a very timely manner, and the apartment was really nice. Plus, being on the 3rd floor, the sunsets were stunning. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for a no-hassle place to live."
