"I’m new to this vet after a really bad prior experience so the bar was really high. They have knocked it out of the park at every turn. Their facility is beautiful, the staff is super sweet and helpful. And Dr. Moore clearly cares about animals and works to solve unique issues. Unfortunately my dog was not just a “shots and checkup” kinda dog. He has some life long issues that have greatly improved under Dr. Moores care. He’s also not trying to price gouge you at every turn like a lot of vets now. They are fairly new to this location so get in early before they get crazy busy!"

"I can’t say enough great things about Frisco Pet Hospital, Dr Moore, and all the staff! We just got a new kitten and didn’t know much about her history. We were able to get right in to see Dr Moore for her first round of shots and check up. From the moment we walked in, we received the friendliest greeting from the ladies at the desk, went right back into our room, and started a comprehensive exam with the techs who were so knowledgeable and sweet and were able to answer all our questions. Fast forward to the second appointment when we thought we were just going for our second round of shots and would be in and out, Dr Moore found a lump on the inside of our kittens leg that we didn’t even notice was there ourselves. Immediately, it felt like Dr Moore dropped everything to give his complete attention to Pearl and figure out what exactly was going on. Through all the needle sticks, pokes, blood, and tests, he had to do to, he was so gentle with her, made sure she was as comfortable as possible, gave her all the treats she wanted so she wasn’t scared, and really made me feel he was treating her as if she was his own. He even took the time out of the craziness to stop and explain everything to me so I knew what he was doing, and helped calm my nerves. If he wasn’t so thorough with his examination, who knows when or if we would have even noticed the lump since it’s location was so hidden. We can’t thank Dr Moore enough for all he did for us that day to ensure Pearl was ok! I highly recommend Frisco Pet Hospital for all the fur babies out there!"
