"I can’t believe how kind and understanding the doctors are there. It seems like a rough job, I’m very impressed and they are so helpful. I’ve been there twice recently, they are usually more available than the closest urgent care to me."

"The front desk was great and understanding, and the nurse? Great and understanding, but the doctor I saw was a cold reminder about how bad American Healthcare is. The moment he came in he was rushing through everything, constantly mumbled everything he said, didn't have any protective gear on even though I confirmed to them I was Covid positive, didn't give me any chances to ask questions and was out the door before I could even "thank" him for his time. The only thing he was good for was telling me my strep throat test (which was thankfully negative at least)."

"The nicest front desk staff, nurses and even the doctor I saw was so kind. I’m not from Chicago, just passing through so I took a chance on trying this urgent care center. They got me in super quick and were very responsive to my needs."

"Feeling very sick most likely from the flu but wanted to get checked out anyway. Searched online on Saturday at noon and it said the walk in clinic was full for the day. Close at 5pm. Didn’t understand so called a service number (unable to get the actual clinic). Very rude women told me that I should try again the next day but go earlier and if I felt worse go to the ER. I understand everything is busy with everything going on and I was very patient. So I go in 30 min after open the next day to signs on door saying full. Went upstairs and she said the walk in clinic was full for the day already because of appointments. I was like how do I make an appointment. She said she could make one for me. Decided to leave and check other options. Called back not 30 min later thinking should probably just make the appointment and another rude women told me I would have to go back to the clinic to make the appointment or go online. She was unable to do appointments. In short a walk in clinic is full everyday because of on line appointments which makes no sense and no one on the phone can help you with appointments. Reading online was giving me massive headaches. Or I drive to the place to make an appointment and then leave and come back. I don’t know what these people are doing and I don’t think they do either. Will definitely never be going back."

"I have not been feeling well and messaged my doctor to let them know. They recommended taking at home COVID test and going to immediate care as they have no availability until Thursday of this week. I took an at home rapid test with the results being negative I decided to go to Immediate Care Center located in Mount Prospect to go see a doctor. The receptionist was very kind, I explained my symptoms to her and had told her I believe it may be strep throat she also agreed. After the nurse took my vitals they asked if they could give me COVID-19 test. I explained to him I took one earlier and got a negative result but if he would like to I was open to taking another one. I waited a few minutes before the doctor arrived I believe she said her name was Dr. Rush and when she entered she began by asking me about my symptoms and asking me all these questions about COVID. For example, was I vaccinated? Did I have close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID? Have I ever had COVID? After answering all her questions and informing her I took an at home COVID-19 test she informed me that those test are "not accurate" and that the test I was given was more reliable and it also tested for Influenza A & B. The doctor informed me that without getting the results back from my COVID test that there was nothing else she could do for me. She didn't even bother to test me for Strep throat. I understand that COVID is still a very serious issue in this country and COVID cases are on the rise again but healthcare professionals should not try to convince their patients that they have COVID in order for them to not have to actually do their job. Very unprofessional. I only gave two stars because of the receptionist."
