"Was there 4weeks ago. Had fever of 103 degrees and acute bronchitis. The nurse practitioner gave me Tylenol for fever and gave me a nasal smear test. Found out next day on their LiveWell web that I tested positive for Covid and that someone left a voicemail on my phone. I called the help desk that I never got the voicemail and leave a message for that person to call me back on my personal cellphone. Never got a return call for two days. Called help desk again to have my primary doctor’s team call me back regarding further information for Covid. Had waited for two weeks and have given up waiting. Fever gone, but still have have occasional cough from phlegm buildup"

"I’m not the one to write reviews, especially negative ones, but this place needs more stability. Don’t get me wrong, there’s a lot of nice staff members here but this place needs waaaaay more stability. First of all there is no communication between any of the staff. I always have to ask another staff member what’s going on or if I can leave. I came in for a cyst on my wrist. The doctor touched it and said it was a cyst. I already knew that, but what bothers me is they don’t give any useful information on what to do about it or even any information besides send a referralI. I was the one offering suggestions on what to do for the meantime. This has happened a lot of times. This place needs more communication and a better and Professional approach on how to address patients needs."

"Multiple times different patients have gone to your location and you are closed at 7p or earlier now. Please update your hours since your location does not stay open to 8p anymore. I was misdiagnosed for years from this office. I had tumors growing in my abdomen when all this office would do is send me to a weight loss doctor."

"I was waiting for more than two hours just to get my knee checked because I was worried about it. I was told by an employee 9-10 people and he was way more than that many people and I understand few of those people already made appointments but still this is unacceptable. I was told not to leave when I got places to be and I wanted this check out as soon as possible. I then asked them what was going on the. Told me I was next when more people started to go infront of me. If I went to the ER it would have atleast been done less than that atleast just to go in the office. I’m very disappointed-"

"I’m not sure what my weight had to do with an ear infection I had but the Dr who I was seen by seemed more interested as to why I was “obese” vs my ear. I shared with her I had 2 babies 2021 & 2022, both CSections as well and I’m on birth control, I also added I’ve always been “plus size” my entire life. I was confused and well my self esteem was effected - having PPD didn’t make things easier. Maybe that’s something she should’ve asked how was my PPD vs pressing the weight issue! Or focused on what I was there for -an ear infection!"
