"I underwent hand surgery yesterday and I couldn't imagine a better experience. Every staff person I encountered was friendly, polite and professional. It was obvious that they all loved their work as evidenced in their positive and caring approach to patient care. The only issue was their inability to remember my name and birthday. They kept asking me this over and over. :) Just kidding, this is a safety policy and required by the the centers management. Thank you for making an uncomfortable procedure much more tolerable."
"The staff is so nice. I had a foot surgery and nurses and doctors were so amazing. However, beware they call before the surgery is done to collect the money. I found this odd and said I wouldn’t pay until the surgery. As we checked in they again said we had to pay…again before the procedure. This is odd to me. Just beware of this. The kindness of everyone makes up for the wanting prepayment."
