"Dr. Schneider administered my MMPI as required by the new laws for commissioned security officers. He was professional and very knowledgeable. A huge thank you to Dr. Schneider and staff for making it as easy as possible, also they are the most reasonably priced out of everyone in Amarillo for this service so that is a big plus."
"The staff here are wonderful, helpful, and informative. Mr. Schneider did an international evaluation for my wife and I’s adoption. He was very kinda and compassionate. I went in not knowing what to expect since I have had bad experiences in the past with mental health providers. I did not feel judged and he was very supportive and professional throughout the process. The adoption agency and myself has a few miscommunications and needed eval done on a specific template. Mr. Schneider worked diligently to assist my wife and I will this and kindly revised it to meet the needs of the adoption agency. He went above and beyond to assist us. I do not know the lady at the front desk but she is very friendly and always picked up the phone willing yo help and treated my wife and I with the upmost respect."
"This Doctor let’s his personal views dictate his medical practices. I made an appointment to be tested for a specific problem. When I got there he refused to do the test. I brought a binder containing a number of documents my therapist worked with me to put together to explain why we wanted this test and he refused to look at it. I only spoke in short bursts, because he kept cutting me off to loudly stare his own opinions without any in depth discussion or procedures to back up his assertion. Do not go to this doctor!!!"
"I was getting tested for adhd and autism. Got results back yesterday through my psychologist. I was already disappointed before since his advice for my executive dysfunction was the same overused advice you hear from everyone like "just go exercise and eat better." I didnt even get any feedback on results for the autism testing. Only that I have adhd. I was even more disappointed in him when I had read his report on me. He had multiple descriptors of me such as, "moody ambivalent woman", that was unnecessary and rude even though I remember being quite nice to him. The only remark I had found as far as autism goes was that it seemed I didn't have autism but rather problematic processing. Processing disorders are one of the first give aways to having autism. He didn't expand anymore on that note. He the proceeded to write that I had probably felt insecure about my body even though I had stated quite the opposite about myself after he had asked me if I liked my appearence while going over my test results. That made me feel quite uncomfortable being asked such a question... he noted how guarded/reserved I had seemed. I most certainly was. I did not expect to be asked that question but also got a strange feeling that I was going/being be scrutinized by this man later. Seems I was right to feel this way."
"This is a sad, angry little man looking to feel a sense of superiority. I went to this office specifically looking into ASD and it's related disorders, and not only was I not tested for anything that I expressed concerns about, but "doctor" Schneider chose to entirely ignore me when I tried to speak with him about the symptoms I experience not being so much as mentioned in the diagnostic tests. In fact, he literally handwaved me and refused to speak about it. He felt the need to go on a small tangent about my wearing a mask and having been vaccinated, UNPROMPTED, in the middle of a supposed psychiatric diagnosis (need I remind you he is not an epidemiologist)! This man went out of his way to "diagnose" that I have had, or continue to have, issues with alcohol abuse, which is patently and proveably untrue (and I would testify to it), because I expressed concern that my inability to have a single drink due to my current medication poses a further barrier to my social interaction with my peers, SPECIFICALLY IN REFERENCE TO MY SUSPICIONS ABOUT AUTISM. He felt the need multiple times in his report to refer to me by derogatory terms about my personality (by the way he supposedly knows this after talking over me for maybe 10 minutes total.) and blatantly misquoted me in this report, repeatedly, even getting my stated prescription doses wrong. This man hasn't been back to an education facility in 30+ years and it shows. Do NOT go to him. Do NOT recommend him. He either needs to receive additional education, and a lesson in appropriate patient interaction, or he needs to be removed from the Psychological field entirely."
