"I called my PCP VNA Health main number and explained I had just tested positive for Covid. They said they could fit me into their Bensenville Clinic right away, and be sure to wear a mask. Great. I am in a high risk category and was hoping I might be able to get Flaxlovid or Resmividir. I went there and they refused to see me. I was told there is absolutely nothing that can be done for Covid, you just have to wait it out or go to the ER if I had difficulty breathing. I understand healthcare workers have been to hell and back, the past few years, but why on earth would you tell a sick person to drive to your clinic and then refuse to see them? I went home and called VNA Health main number and spoke with a very nice lady Desere, who said her supervisor George would call me back in 5 or 10 minutes. Hour later no call so I called again and was again told George would call me back. Still no phone call. Hence this review. I will be calling Blue Cross Blue Shield Friday to explain these circumstances and requesting a new PCP."

"Worse service..nothing is ever available, then when you call to make an appointment the system is always down..then you make an appointment and now after not being seen for ONE year you have to start over all again and your considered a new patient which they don't have any more appointments to offer for the year?! Don't waste your time, Medicaid or good insurance and no help."

"Horrible experience. Waited over an hour to be told I need blood work and to come back the following week. Next week I come in at my scheduled time to be told the doctor forgot to put in my order work so I need to come back the following week. Finally get my blood work done and was told I'll have the results in 3-5 days. I'm currently on day 10 and still have not heard a word on my results even tho I've called 4x times. Sheeba Clearly doesn't care about her patients from the forgetting to put the orders in down to the taking forever just to give results"

"Just went in there today to ask for a copy of my daughters medical record. I was advised over the phone that I could just go in without appointment and tell then my request. To my surprise, they are not accepting anyone without any appointment ( at least thats what it says on the door ) and the lady receptionist was just doing some kind of hand signal from her seat and didn't even bother asking me about my concern. I called the phone again and I was given the same advise. Now i dont know how would i get the document that i needed the fastest way possible."
