"I cannot fully explain how satisfied I am with the entire staff at ATI on Central in Arlington Heights. This is the second time I have experienced neck pain with little mobility, and they have worked wonders with me. I did not have the best attitude when I started because I’ve been through this before, but Sara was a bright ray of sunshine and always made me smile even though she made me work hard. I received detailed explanation of how to correct my issue going forward, given exercises to do at home, and they made sure I knew how to do them correctly and was comfortable with the process. The upfront talks knowing I will still have a bad day but to work through it, do the stretches and the heat was very valuable. I finished therapy feeling better physically and mentally.
