"I have been going to Dr. Charman for about a year as a patient, and he has been amazing. Whenever I call or text him - he normally responds back usually within 2 to 4 hours. Additionally, as the owner of Physical Therapy Clinic, we have had a few patients where he has been the PCP. I can tell you he signs off on the plan of care sheets right away, and that really helps us out with our Medicare compliance. He is not one of those types of MDs where you have to fax something 3 or 4 times before he responds back or acknowledges it.
