"On October 01, 2021 I was having severe knee pain when I couldn't get them on phone I went my self with great difficulty limping all the way with pain. On arrival they don't want to let you talk to the doctor to get some assistance instead they are bluntly refusing you can't see the doctor without any prior appointment since you have a knee problem you have to see an Orthopaedic surgeon. In the past the Dr refer for X-ray and later refer to orthopedic surgeon. But this time an old lady over 70s decided not to let me see the Dr and insisted to go back Later she called another fat and rude lady to support her and she even threatened to call the cops if I don't leave the premises. We go to the clinic to seek help and assistance in pain or some medical condition not for any entertainment these ladies should understand they are in hospitality industry and as such treat the patient with courtesy rather than behaving rudely as if we are criminals. They should understand their clinic and their salaries are being paid because of the patients. Later they issue a referral via their app to a doctor who is not on their network as such the medical help is delayed until monday. They are very rude and in professional and doesn't deserve to be in the medical field. Even a complaint was not actioned and fall on deaf ear or may be they don't have guts to take any action on such rude staff. Be careful with this clinic although the Dr is very nice and professional but back office staff are useless."
