"Lived there with my roommate and it was god awful. For just starting out tonya or however you spell her name was by far the worst landlord ever on the face of the planet. I mean a baby could do her job in a heartbeat and that says a lot. Poor management and overall horrible apartments as well as maintenance. Never rent there!!!!"

"Leasing Agent Tonya Layton is terrible. Her customer service skills were non existent. I called for pricing and she told me she doesn't know what a starting rate is. She was rude and aggressive for no reason at all. Then she proceeded to tell me they are full. Good thing this place has no empty units, because if they did I'm positive Tonya would be no good at selling them."

"I love this community because it is nice, quite safe place, apartment size quite big, very close like 10 mins drive to Walmart and other Shopping places, restaurants, grocery stores.This place is very commute to travel in buses like 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The Manager Ms.Tonya Layton is very kind and good person always available for help always answer phone calls on weekend after hours etc. I had an issue with the ceiling fan and I complained her, She came to check and understood the problem and within one day I got replaced with new ceiling fan. Thanks to the manager Ms.Tonya Layton to be so quick to solve the issue. I enjoyed living there and I strongly recommend this very nice, quite safe,well maintained place with very friendly staff. Thank You Ms.Tonya for being a very cooperative, helpful and professional manager!!!"

"I'm sharing my review of rockwood village with you because the same lady owns these apartments & my problem is with the owner not the place. Debbie said "I'll call you within the week to set up a showing for you & 3 other couples" that was mon & by wed she had the apartments leased out. She never called, never set up a showing. I heard she leased the apartments to pipeline workers through the city. She didn't even give any of us a chance. I feel like she saw money & went for it, which says a lot to me about who she is as a person. It's rude to get peoples hopes up like that especially people with kids. I guess i'm just glad I dodged that bullet."
