"I love living here in Rocwood. It’s quiet, safe, and super affordable. I’ve been here a little over 2 years and I don’t see myself living anywhere else for a long while. Assigned parking, laundry facility, security lights that come on at night."

"My boyfriend and I lived here for two years and never had any issues! The maintenance guys are very efficient and nice! The landlord takes time out of her busy schedule to discuss any problems or simply to just ask about your day! The apartments are very nice even if you end up with an upstairs apartment you will receive a nice balcony view! 10/10"

"Lived here 6 years ago, for the most part it was okay, except we had a mouse infestation since day one. And management refused to do anything about it, saying it was our fault. We also saw spiders, especially outside on the deck and front porch. And my biggest issue was we didn't get our security deposit back despite following the lease and making sure the apartment was spotless when we left."

"Going to cut through all the bull that is being said about management and the place as a whole. It truly upset me to read the reviews…. I have been in my townhouse for almost two years. Tonya has been nothing but kind and understanding since the day I met her. She always makes sure I am okay. She always checks on me. She really cares about her tenants. She is a very good land lord and person. I have had no problems with any of the management or the staff. Everyone is friendly and kind. Debbie is my neighbor she is an absolute sweetheart. I saw someone mentioned Debbie. Tonya and Debbie worked hard to fix up my townhome so I would be able to move in at the end of previous apartments lease. It wasn’t supposed to be finished until well after that. This told me early on that they really care about people. It was done early. They worked so hard on it. Tonya and Debbie put a lot of hard work in the apartments too and it shows. It is such a nice home. So peaceful and cozy. I genuinely love it here. The ONLY reason I will ever move out is because of my long work commute, but that will be a sad day because it feels like home."

"Decent place to live but there are a lot of crackheads. And the landlord Tonya is one of the most disrespectful and racist individuals I have ever met. She also would not give me my security deposit until I had my lawyer call her. I have a service dog as well and she asked me what is wrong with me and told me that was ridiculous to have a service dog just to get out of the pet fee which is not true."
