"Jason is very unprofessional. What's going to look at an apartment with him? First of all, he never showed up, then it took him several hours for him to answer the phone and then give me a code to the place. Told me that I had the place told me that the pet deposit was $300 and that I can have my pet. Then turns around once I filth out. The applications pay the application fee to tell me that pats are no longer allowed and that I can get my money. Order back OK well. I called him back and he never returned my call. I called him again and he never returned my call. I left voicemails, he never returned my call. Now, this was a month ago I am just now being able to talk to him that same apartment. That was $740. Magically went up to $940. I'm just saying, Jason is very unprofessional in. Apparently lazy, it's far as the neighbors would say about him."

"This is the worst company I ever seen …I went to view a apartment..I passed all the background checks proof of income all of that stuff ..I pay for application fee and I paid first and last months rent ..I did not get a key a leas are anything not even a call for two weeks ..I called to see why hadn’t I heard from them in weeks and the owner Jason started screaming yelling and told me he wasn’t going to rent to me and that may come and pick my money order up after two weeks of waiting and telling my previous landlord I was moving…cleaned my house out through away furniture all for this guy to tell me he’s not gonna rent to me because I asked him why has it taken so long to atleast get a key are lease…this is the worst company ever stay away from him Jason is a degenerate and is incompetent of basic human knowledge abd decency stay away from this company I repeat stay away"

"I rented one of their properties back 6 or 7 years ago in Jerseyville. After always paying before the rent was due I had a knock on my door from a lawyer. Apparently the owner was not paying their mortgage payment. We were forced to move. Then once we were moved we were not even given our $1000 deposit back. The lady who did the walk through with us when we moved in was no longer there and I was told I could not do the last walk through with the new people. The owner however was able to do the walk through with the company. They determined that since we painted a wall and there was a small hole in the laundry room (that was indeed there when we moved in) that they were keeping our deposit. Steer very clear from this place."

"Very unprofessional. Doors are always locked at the business and no one ever answers the phone. They don't return emails or requests to apply on Rent Solutions.com or any other site....like Zillow. You might get hung up on, if you have a maintenance request. Jason McAfoos is the most unprofessional, rude person I have ever rented from. Rent Solutions apartments & houses are run down and out of date. Waste of time!! I do however appreciate Amanda. She is professional & easy to talk to. She was the only reason I changed my review from 1 star to 3."

"My husband and I had an awesome experience! We were so stressed out finding a place. We moved across country to be near family. We had only one week to find a place. Jason promptly emailed us back the same day and 4 hours later we were signing the lease. The house was spotless! We were also able to live in the same town as my parents. We met with Amanda going over our lease. Amanda has also promptly returned my phone call. The rent is well affordable. I would recommend them. Mike and Lana Minnala"
