"Our child received adequate care during her time here. The current two therapists on staff were well equipped, and truly cared about our daughter - one going above and beyond. The staff was also kind and supportive as a whole. There were unexplained delays with medications not being given as prescribed by the consulting doctor. These were remedied and overall we are grateful and thankful for the care our child received here."

"This review is for the Los Angeles CA facility in Korea town. If we could give zero stars.. We would. Unable to find contact information for owner or senior management to discuss MAJOR issues while our granddaughter was there. Some issues..No daily schedule, psychiatrist that only talks to patient on phone, understaffed, yoga is a video, physical activity is walking to CVS or Starbucks, Sunday is watching church on TV, no treatment transparency..etc.... Can Someone contact us!????"
