"Bad customer service, improper billing and refuses to correct. Actual service was great, bills afterwards and refusal to rectify their mistakes makes Northshore in general not worth seeing."

"Actual service from the provider was fantastic. However, they billed my insurance as an "office visit" and not an immediate care facility. My insurance only covers about 50% of office visits if there was not a referral first from the primary care. I attempted to mitigate this situation by talking to the billing department. I was told, "I'm not going to just change the coding on this visit because your insurance won't pay for it." - I again attempted to explain that I am not trying to get them to change something fraudulently and only that we went to an "immediate care clinic" to receive "immediate care" and that is the way it should be coded. Had I been aware that this advertised "Immediate Care" would categorize their care provided as "regular care", I would not have chosen to go to this facility. I was not offered any solutions or avenues to rectify this situation and I was treated extremely poorly. I have had great experiences with most providers I have seen in the few short months I have been going to Northshore facilities. After this experience I will be switching my care elsewhere. j Don't waste your time going here unless you don't care about excess bills and horrible customer service."

"I am very thankful for the care I received. I had a swollen ring finger with a ring. Dr. Mohammed Jameel and his assistant Seldina were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to cut the gold ring and provide treatment. Kudos to Dr Mohammad and Selina!"

"They made it super easy to go home until my appointment time and come back with a minimal wait before being taken back. The front desk was very courteous and the office was kept nice a clean. I would definitely go back. The wait time to see the doctor after vitals were taken was the only thing that kept this from being a 5-star review. It wasn’t an hour wait or anything miserable, but it did take 20-30 minutes to be seen by the doctor after my vitals were taken. The visit was efficient and to the point though, so I was out of there quickly after seeing the doc."

"Just horrible. Last year I went there for ear pain that I had been experiencing for a few days. Was seen by a doctor who told me nothing was wrong. The pain persisted, so in a couple of days saw a specialist who diagnosed ear infection, as well as blockage. How could that doctor at the immediate care not see it?! Went there again today at 2:00 pm and was told they were not accepting anymore patients even though they close at 6:45 pm. The place was empty, with 3 receptionists doing nothing. Why is it called an immediate care and what is going on with our medical system?!?"
