"Horrible customer service. Still waiting for replacement for tube that I had to tape. Spoke with a man about 2 months ago that said it will be shipped out. Received nothing. Left numerous messages that said reps are busy with other customers and will get back within 24hrs well that was weeks ago. I missed 1 call from Amy. No message Went to main page and complained.. Did they get up and move. or is there only 2 people that work there. Any body have any suggestions or referrals to another company. no wonder this place is rated so low. frustrated for I just called again and just goes to voicemail with the we'll call you in 24hrs B/S"
"HORRIFIC customer service. When you call, you'll just be leaving a voicemail. I have been trying to replace a completely broken CPAP tank for over 2 months and have resorted to duck tape to keep it together. This is a liability to them if it should catch on fire, etc. I have called well over 5 times and left 2 voicemails. Worse, I finally got a person on the phone, and they said they would send an email to me, since their call back method has proved useless. I verified my e-mail to them in the voicemail, and again in person on the phone. They apologized and said they would "expedite" my request. It's been over 2 weeks and I've seen nothing!"
"Zero Stars - I have been a customer for at least 12 years. I have been trying for weeks (7 to be exact) to order supplies AND pay my bill. Since you cannot talk to a human, I have left numerous voice messages. I'm amazed that #1- I cannot get Merit to take my money and #2 - knowing how important supplies are, no one will call back. My schedule for supplies works out so that my deductible is met by the end of the year and my final shipment is covered. Not this year. I'm now almost 2 months behind in my replacement supplies and will not be able to place another order before year end. I order quarterly and this is the 2nd time that this is happening. I would like to cancel and go to a different provider but I cannot get anyone to call me back to even get my sleep study results to give to a different provider. Guess I'll just keep using the old mask, tubing, etc until I can get into a new provider"
"Following issues with a cursory initial fitting setup and frustrating support, I was invited to do a tune-up/titration study 6+ months later. This follow up was valuable - particularly debriefing and advice from the therapists; this improved my results going forward. They agreed to stop remotely resetting my equipment (an initial complaint of mine). I am really not sure what is the standard protocol to make sure equipment is properly configured. I wish the process/experience would have been better communicated upfront along with options to adjust going forward. Instead I had to complain to get action."
"ZERO STARS!!!!! Gave me a machine that was obviously used...If it was new, all of the lights would have worked, when I asked about it, I was told that my insurance would only pay for that particular machine. Then they constantly sent the incorrect supplies order...Then made me wait 2 months for new supplies while they "got approval" from my insurance...then surprise! I get a bill in the mail saying that my insurance didn't pay for it! I talked to several people from the "billing department" without any success. I just checked my credit, I have a collection agency on my credit because they don't know what they're doing! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!"
