"My child experienced an ear problem that was not effectively addressed by the initial doctor at Duly. Upon returning home, the issue persisted. Subsequently, we sought the assistance of another doctor who successfully resolved the issue. Today, we got the bill from Duly. Under my insurance, I should be responsible for copay but we are charged with $155, which is equivalent to out of pocket cost without insurance. The other doctor, who cured my child's problem, charged reasonable $30 copay. My recent encounters with Duly this year have led me to believe that the organization has significant problems with its billing processes. I suspect that I have been overcharged by hundreds of dollars. If it's not absolutely necessary to utilize Duly, I would strongly recommend exploring alternative healthcare providers. There are reputable options available that offer reasonable fees for their services. Edit 12/12/2023: We got both EoBs from both providers. Duly and Dr. Anthony. Both did the same: office visit and ear wax removal. Duly billed office visit(Copay) and ear wax removal(surgery) and didn't resolve the issue. Dr. Anthony billed office vist(Copay) only. I can't say Duly did something wrong but Duly is a worse and expensive store. In another another office visit, my wife asked a casual health question and we got charged $60 for asking that question. Duly would nickle and dime their patients whenever they can. We plan to move away from Duly totoally."

"Dr Christine Solans is very unprofessional and being a new graduate, it shows with her LACK of professionalism ,empathy, and communication skills with a new patient for an annual physical she did not do the entire physical and build the insurance. she refused to complete the appointment with my annual gyno that was scheduled with my physical. I was spoken down to going over general question's and conversation on the 1st time visit. I felt very uncomfortable with her tone and actions toward me directly when asked her about this she became very dismissive and caring and then refused to do the entire visit scheduled I never have been so disrespected ,discriminated against and humiliated by a doctor."
