"Harmony Ridge has some BEAUTIFUL Lofts (rare for St. Charles County). I was about to move in this weekend UNTIL, I was made aware Rent is automatically withdrawn on the first of every month. There is no grace period, so depending on when you are paid you could receive NSF fees ($35.00) added on top of rent. Automatic payment doesnt bother me, but at least allow some sort of grace period. The leasing agent didnt mention to me until she asked for my voided check the day before I moved it. It's mentioned in SMALL print in the lease (I missed). That was a deal breaker for me. Had I been made aware (which I personally feel should have been mentioned to me during the entire leasing process) I probably would not have proceeded and gave them $350.00 (which of course I had to forfeit). Beautiful community, but just be aware of the automatic draft monthly."

"Harmony Ridge is a GREAT place to live! The staff is amazing and they will care of your maintenance needs quickly and are so friendly! They love your pet like their own and they are always planning activities during the year. It's in a great location near lots of fun things to do, restaurants and shopping."

"My wife and I enjoying living here. For the most part, it is a quiet area where we feel safe. Dan works hard as a great facilities manager and I enjoy seeing him around. Dena has been amazing helping my wife and I adjust as we moved here from another state. Most the neighbors are so fun to have around. They are pretty active outside so we get to interact with them when we walk our dog. They all know our dog by name and have even offered to dog sit if we ever needed it. It is in a good area right next to a lake, park, and trails."

"I just moved into Townscape in January 2020. So far I really like living here. All the doors open to the hallway and not exposed to the outside. You must have a key fob to enter the building which makes me feel very comfortable about security. I live in the "Chadwick" model apartment (2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1074 sq ft) that overlooks the pool. My apartment has no carpet, which I love. The apartment also comes with a washer and dryer. My only complaint, which I knew prior to moving in, is the lack of storage space and the small kitchen. I think my favorite part is the elevator, since the last apartment complex I lived on the third floor with only stairs. The complex is very quiet and the neighbors I have met so far are very friendly. I think the price is definitely worth the amenities you get at Harmony Ridge."
